Staff were excellent. Dinner was great. Pool area is very nice. But, in late April with the heat off, my room was way too cold. I stayed 6 nights and it hurt by the end.

This place is absolute scam. Nothing was good here other than it was a cot with a sheet with four walls to sleep in. The location of this property was awful no taxis available to start. The smell wreaked of sewage and feces. Our room wreaked of sewage smell and to the point where our luggage smelt like this for the rest of our two weeks in Europe. We had ants all over our room and had to move rooms at 4am just to have more ants and an even worse smell. This place was a motel 6 with a different name branded on it. The beds felt like card board the blankets felt like tissue paper. The shower has rust and was leaking all over the room. The food was worse than what a prison would be food. There were limited times on the all inclusive package. Couldn’t even get a towel for the pool without paying a deposit. No music at the pool no talking at the pool no drink near the pool. Bartenders rolled their eyes and were terrible mixologist. The hallways had 0 ac felt like a sauna. Got in trouble for moving an umbrella cause I was baking in the sun with out a towel and the chair was burning my flesh and not to mention all the insect bites were burning too from the infested rooms.

Lovely service, pool are is excellent. Very small resort, might not suit everyone. Ideal for quiet, relaxing stay.

We arrived late at 9pm. We met a lovely lady at the reception who told us to leave our bags securely in the store by the reception and go have dinner. We were hungry and tired so that meal was really helpful. We got our keys and went in our room and it was the most gorgeous view ever. We choose the frontal sea view room (I recommend this for a breathtaking view of the sea and watching the sunset). The room was spacious and clean. We found the style of the bathroom, toilet and handwashing basin placement odd but it was their style and we actually liked it. FOOD The food was amazing. The kitchen staff deserve bonuses for working so extremely hard every single time we went in the restaurant. We loved every meal and there was just so much to eat. We were all inclusive so we weee never hungry. The food selections were excellent as well. STAFF All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Shout out to Jasmine who was so exceptional and efficient at her job and always helping out with a smile on her face. They all deserve a raise. I am grateful to this hotel for being so considerate and letting us stay around and have lunch after checkout as our flight was in the evening. We weee allowed to use the pool as well until we were ready to leave. That was such a thoughtful thing they did. The facilities were brilliant. I didnt use the Sauna as I couldn’t get any chance to go there. However I was by the pool mostly and it was very clean and you can always find a bed to lay down. We paid 20euros deposit to use the pool towels which we collected back during check out. Not sure what I am leaving out. My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much and we will be staying at AluaSoul when next we visit... Nothing. Our only regret was leaving too early.

The parking is a nightmare ? Sometimes as Muslims we have difficulty with food which have pork in it I think the staff should be a bit in control with some of the customers, some of them become too much after drinks.

Lovely food. Friendly staff. Good location. Good facilities. Late dinner offered, which is great, but not much left. Very noisy 3/7 nights (people talking out loud in halls and in balconies) No duvet/blankets available in room. 1/7 dinner, very busy, queues to serve your meal.

Location, facilities Room allocation. Noise and disturbance of Charlie’s Bar Check out assistant attitude, lack of food choice particular meats and repetition. Having to pay for drinks at dinner on half board basis.
