Shame on them for switching us from the larger double room with 2 beds , which they confirmed via email was reserved , to tiny room with one bed : disgraceful and still waiting for the partial refund we are entitled to

Noises came through out the night

The front desk gave me early check in which was very much appreciated after traveling.

Incredibly helpful staff and a beautiful location! A little bit of noise on the weekend, but it is Ibiza so to be expected

This place oozes with character and charm. I lucked out and got the corner room with uninterrupted views. Even the bathroom has a fantastic view. Pepita was very welcoming and even helped me exchange some cash to euros. While my room did not have a balcony, the huge roof top deck is the best location for watching the sunrise in the whole bay. It is accessible 24/7. The restaurant downstairs had great staff and café offerings. I stumbled on this olace as a last minute booking for one night. My only regret is that I could not stay longer. Ill be back.

Staff is super nice, hotel is simple but charming. Amazing terrace! Super well located and amazing view. Would stay again for sure Our room had a little issue with the bathroom door, which wouldn’t close properly.

The hotel's location was perfect and the hotel itself too. Just in front of the beach, perfectly clean and even smelled like recently painted. Beautiful decorations and close to restaurants and transport, but most important of all, waking up with the sound of the sea, opening the window and looking at it was priceless. Staff was super friendly and helpful too. Totally recommended. Nothing to add here!

Superb

A very sweet little hotel on the beach and close to every facilities. Breakfast is pleasant and the restaurant great. There’s a bakery in the hotel with very nice cakes, pastry and snacks. The roof top is getting sad and tired. It definitely needs some TLC

The staff, location and food were excellent. The bathroom was smelly and the drain in the shower was blocked which I raised with the cleaner 3 times and was never sorted so the smell remained for the duration of the holiday

Perfect location, a small hotel that was part a cafe partly a restaurant. For me it was perfectly located. The rooms were excellent and very clean.

we had a small issue with the first room but after a while the changed us to a fantastic room and in fairness they did everything to make our stay fantastic and all the staff were fantastic I would highly recommend it great value for money the staff and the location was really good and there food was very good and the staff could not do enough to help us the staff were very helpful thanks again for a fabulous time

Rude waitress at breakfast, for over half an hour there was 1 sausage and a small portion of scrambled egg left out as the hot food option, this was despite on 4 occasions staff members lifting the lid to check what was there. When queried with the receptionist she said the hot food should have been replenished but it was clear to me the staff were choosing not to do this.

Location, comfortable good size bed, very clean, lovely sea view. No lift, no English speaking channels on the tv, shower too small.
