The room was very clean. The front desk person walked me all the way to my room and was really nice. Breakfast was really good; the burritos are awesome. I would definitely stay there again.

What a lovely place--the shower pressure was great, the towels were soft, and the bed comfy. The atmosphere is very relaxing as it is tucked away from the street. Breakfast was also quite nice. Would stay again.

Great location, great staff very friendly perfect for what we needed

This is my go to place when visiting Santa Fe. Easy walking access to downtown. Hospitable staff. Very pretty and quiet room. Nice varied continental breakfast. Nice and clean. What's not to love!

The property was very charming and the staff, Leanne was amazing! Super helpful and friendly. She walked us to our room. Where does that happen anymore? She had a lovely light breakfast ready with hot coffee as promised. We will be back for sure😊

It was very home type. The owner was very helpful. Definitely would stay here again

I've been staying at this place for 15 or more years. It has always been a good value - nice but spartan rooms, great staff, excellent location. It includes a decent breakfast with breakfast burritos, fruit, etc. It feels a little like old Santa Fe. It has changed hands in the last year or two. I've seen the basics ignored - maintenance. Janky shades, bathroom fans not working, not replenishing coffee in room, etc. It's apparently going to become a "concept hotel." New owners might recognize that if they invest in basic maintenance and minor upgrades, people like us will keep coming. We likely won't once it is turned into a concept hotel. Keep it quaint, please.

Beautiful place, great location

LeAnne and Alan are gracious and helpful hosts. We’ve stayed here a few times, and they always add to the experience. The rooms are getting tired and need updating. Too-soft beds, worn carpet, outdoor decks that look ratty with old plastic chairs.

Location, super friendly staff

Room 12 needs to upgrade the shower/tub area and a new tv for the senior citizens. The shower needs handles on wall to get in and out safely and the tv remote won’t work to turn off or on the tv you have to use the joy button on it. Also channels will do out for no reason so we learned you have to reset the tv by unplugging it and then replugging in. Some people don’t know that.

Nice location. Friendly staff. Would have helped to know the advertised jet tub was not working. Expanded continental breakfast has variety.

Hosts were great. Beautiful quirky motel in walking distance to the Santa Fe plaza and many galleries. A bit rustic - torn paper-like blinds in room let in bright outdoor light at night and blazing sunlight in the morning making it hard to sleep. Handrails on stairs are rough and cause splinters. Keys hard to use in old doorknobs.

Saggy, uncomfortable bed.

The location was great! On a quiet street, yet close (walkable) to attractions. Super cute on the outside, although a bit dated on the inside. But no complaints at all. I'd happily stay there again.

Great staff, Mr. Alan was exceptional, great breakfast. Close to everything.

Breakfast is included-we chose to pass. The burritos are ok, not great. The Venetian blinds are missing pieces which compromised privacy and allowed the security light to shine in our eyes while trying to sleep. We did not have hot water for the first 2 nights. The room is not much larger than the queen sized bed. We stayed in Room 6 for 4 days.
