We have stayed here before. It’s a lovely setting with beautiful rooms, walking distance to many places. We hope to be back!

Everything was well organized and set up for our stay and arrival. The room was cute, romantic, and spacious. The breakfast in the morning was the best complimentary hotel breakfast I have ever had, by far. 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent and friendly front desk staff. Had a great syay

Biggest benefit is proximity to the Plaza. Make sure you ask about shower, the Honeymoon Suite-#12 has no shower, only a clawfoot tub with shower head hose. WiFi was spotty and weak. A/C unit shuts off and won’t hold reasonable temp of 73 degrees. Lots of deferred maintenance here. Breakfast offerings are minimal but satisfactory. Certainly not boutique and certainly not budget.

Great setting and people - and convenient to the historic district.

Charming B&B. Clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast burritos.

Everything went well with our stay. This is a great location and the property and pople were very nice to us. The only thing to point out is that one of the stairs leading up to our room (#10) was about to give way. Please get the second step on that stairway a good look and fix.

Wonderful bed and breakfast tucked off a busy Santa Fe road with easy walking access to the Plaza. It's also about a 5-10 minute walk to the Road Runner Express station. Dedicated parking spots for each of the twelve rooms. Room #2 was large, decorated with fun Southwestern touches. Included a small patio for enjoying the evening breeze. Several restaurants located within walking distance as well. Complimentary breakfast had a nice variety of choices, both typical and southwestern. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Santa Fe.

Very charming inn. Upon arrival I was given a personal tour of my room by the manager. The room was spacious and well-appointed, and the hot breakfast was a nice perk. The reason I did not rate it higher was because the AC unit did not actually provide any cool air, but that was something that did not become apparent until late overnight during my one night stay. Given that I was staying during a quite warm night in July, and was not aware of the fans stored in a cabinet, it led to a very restless night. Hopefully the malfunctioning AC was limited to until #4 and this was an aberration; the inn otherwise seemed like a very nice place to stay.

The location gave convenient access to central Santa Fe. We enjoyed the breakfast; offering breakfast burritos is very Santa Fe! The parking area is a bit cramped. Most of the parking spaces are below the rooms, with pillars separating the spaces. We had to be careful to not scrub the car's exterior against a pillar. All in all, it was a good value. I'd stay there again.

Awesome room. Excellent home made breakfast.

The property was unique in its charm and decor, and had lots of character. We loved that it didn’t look like a cookie cutter hotel. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning was really good and was very much needed in the summer heat. We also really appreciated the great free breakfast with good burritos, fresh bagels, cereal, etc. Also the location was perfect and the hotel fee was quite reasonable. Would definitely stay again.

The property was very well maintained and pleasant. All of our encounters with staff was really nice as all were friendly and helpful.

The property was outstanding, with a friendly host, and an excellent home style breakfast.

My daughter and I absolutely adore this hotel! Guadalupe Inn is absolutely amazing. It's quaint had a very nice breakfast, continental but with great stuff! We had a patio off our room, which was quite large. We thoroughly enjoyed herself and look forward to coming back again soon!

We loved it! Definitely would stay again!

The staff is extremely warm and helpful.

The mattress was horrible. The owner should be embarrassed. It should be as good or better than their home mattress. The dip in the middle pulled you towards the middle all night. It was awakening. I tried to avoid full out this review. However you kept sending it See above

The Guadalupe Inn is well located within walking distance of the central area and the Railyard district. It is kind of quirky but so comfortable and friendly. My room was very clean and spacious with all the amenities one would expect. Breakfast was excellent. I loved it's location as I had my dog with me and it is perfect for getting out with him when we walk..quiet residential area, safe and very walkable. There are several restaurants located a few minutes from the Inn if you don't want to drive. I would definitely come back for another visit

Alan, the front desk person was delightful! He was welcoming and offered a wealth of information about Santa Fe. Couldn't have been nicer. The breakfast person was unwelcoming, simply going through the motions of putting out breakfast items. The Inn location was very convenient. Rooms were small and the AC unit was very noisy. Much too warm to not run the unit so we listened to the unit running throughout the night. The facilities were a bit run down.
