Motel 6 Santa Fe, NM - Downtown

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room needed some maintainance, but the price reflected that. The location was convenient, far exceeding pricing structure of other properties in the area.

Older motel but clean. Staff was great. Very quiet area. Close proximity to Old Town and shopping, restaurants. Only negative was the ac smelled. Otherwise great stay.

Near Whole Foods grocery store for supplies. Beds were tough

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and we liked that the room had a refrigerator and microwave. Room didn't have a coffeemaker, pillows were flat and lighting by the closet area would have been great.

Good location, fairly quiet. The room was small. It felt like mold was in the walls or cooler system. We asked for cleaning every other day for a 5 day stay. The first cleaning all they did was give us new towels; nothing was cleaned. The beds and pillows are very hard. No iron in room.

Basic but has it where it counts. Great location. Kind and conscientious staff who clearly care about the property. Thin walls can be noisy, but most people are in bed by 11.

This motel was in a terrific location. Clean but on the outdated side. But for the money, can’t beat it!

There were 20 teenagers or college kids partying in the roon next to mine past midnight. Other guests came pounding on their door at 2:30 am. I called and went down to the front desk twice to find no hotel staff on duty. Police came and finally shut it down at 4 am. Unacceptable.

Hotel was noisy and the air conditioner was very loud. However, there were only 3 pillows for two people but the bed was comfortable and the water pressure was great.

The parking is difficult unless you beat all the other guests. The parking lot is small and cramped. When we got there, we checked in at the front desk and the person working was rude and unresponsive. We tried to be very friendly and couldn't even get a smile out of her. We got to our room and the bed was only partially made. Later we discovered they forgot to put some of the linens on the bed and they delivered them that night. The sheets barely stayed on and the bed was not comfy. The bathroom was disgusting!! Mold in the shower and I'm not sure anyone has ever cleaned the toilet and the floor around it. I was afraid I was going to get tetanus while taking a shower...ok maybe not but I didn't want to touch anything. The ceiling looked like it might collapse on us. The TV only has location stations most are not in English. You can't stream or cast to the TV. We kept our blinds drawn and all the locks double locked. The curtains blew so we had to use our clothes to keep them from showing our entire room all night while we blasted the AC. Overall, next time I will just pay more and stay somewhere that I am not worried about contracting some disease.
