Very nice place to stay!

Our room and the entire property were very clean. The included breakfast was very good and snacks in the afternoon were also good. The ONLY negative for this property is that is about a 15 minute walk to the plaza but the reasonable price makes up for the short walk.

Essentially a well-decorated motel without the charm that might come from recognizing and building on that limitation. Well located, with convenient parking and within walking distance of most Santa Fe attractions. Junior King Suites are not suites at all - just one adequately-sized room with the bathroom sink at one end and two armchairs by an electric kiva fireplace at the other. (The morning staff person at reception seemed incapable of providing a straight answer as to whether other/different rooms might be available, insisting on restricting that discussion to rooms of the same type that I had reserved.) The small lobby area has clearly been "designed" by a good interior decorator (e.g., a beautiful weaving hung behind the reception desk and a prominently displayed book about Andy Goldsworthy nature sculptures prominently displayed by the sofa) to resonate in photos and on the website. Ground floor room windows (most of the property is single-story) directly facing arriving cars and motorcycles means that lower shutters must be kept closed, which in turn means the rooms are dark, and there isn't much of a common area to hang out in outside of the rooms. (There is one small two-story section near the front of the property that might convey more of a hotel feeling. Don't know how the experience might be different there.)

Nice place to stay clean good housekeeping

Pinion has a great location to everything. The two bed room was very quiet. Pinion solved all issues immediately. Breakfast was good but it needed more variety if staying longer than 4days. The room sprucing was a disappointment. Basically all they did was make beds. If staying longer than 4days maybe they could have vacuum at least once. I paid a resort fee but water was not replenished in my room. Otherwise I would return because of location.

A very quaint courtyard setting...parking a breeze. Room was fine...no bureaus or drawers for your things and not a fan of an open room with the sink and lights at the end. Makes it difficult if one member wants to sleep early. We did not have breakfast there as we were there for Indian Market and meet friends at the Plaza for breakfast at Plaza Cafe which was wonderful and relaxing with outstanding service...don't miss this place. When we returned at the end of the day the room was straightened and therefore we were relaxed. The outside patio at the breakfast area was lovely and inviting to sit and enjoy. Simple and friendly...not a lot of people traffic.

The staff members were very helpful. It was easy to come and go in a car. The room was clean snd was freshened up every day. The breakfast b came biting as it was always the sane with no change. The coffee tasted terrible, and I couldn’t drink it. The property is not walkable to town unless you are very young. There was a hum in my room from some sort of motor - not the air conditioning, as I turned that off. As a result, I had sleepless nights. The window shutters in my room were broken.

Nice location , spacious and clean rooms. The breakfast buffet was good. As a boutique hotel, the stay was memorable.

I love this place. The staff are great, rooms delightful, you can walk into town in five minutes, lots of happy hours, breakfast included etc. BUT my bill ranged from 231.00 a night to 299.00. It increased by the day . No one told me they could alter the rate in relation to how busy they were! I really don't understand how that could be honest, but was told by the Hilton that some owners do that and it is legal! WATCH OUT

Pet friendly, across the street from very nice, grassed park. Location is wonderful, close to Plaza (0.7 miles). Breakfast is very good and filling. Couples ask for more pillows, (they are flat) and more coffee, only enough for one cup in room.
