Location, the sunrise, the sea views, the underground tunnel to the beach. It had the Resort feel with a lovely pool, a restaurant, the bar. The front desk were wonderful, friendly, and accommodating, special shout out to Milena, she speaks a few languages and demonstrated excellent customer service. The restaurant staff were friendly and polite. The hotel name on the building didn’t match. I walked by it many times unknowingly.

Great location ! Rooms and facilities clean let us to store are Luggage and worked on an early check in ! Honestly it was great but I would ask for a Terrace if you can they did not have a Terrace for the next night (last minute decision) and it all changed they said we had the same service but we did Not ! Wanted to charge $5.00 for each towel before in the room no charge just things like that No really ok Not the same amenities in which they said we did have .

Beautiful view and balcony! The staff made up for the lacking property. Everyone was very kind and attentive. Very old property in dire need of a remodel. A/C only ran when key was in which left the room smelling very musty. Beds were very old and stained. Bedding was stained and old. Mold in showers as well as holes in grout and rusted screws. This is a new listing as I think it is new to Booking but it is a very old hotel that is not kept up. The breakfast is very basic. Coffee was good though.
