A classic B&B with an exceptional host. The nautical theme is fun and the common areas are very nice, The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed eating breakfast on the terrace. It’s a shared bathroom. We enjoyed the host who offered an overview of the city and we had a number of good conversations. It’s a short walk to the central town. Good experience.

Mario was such a wonderful host. He helped us plan our time in Leuca from perfect restaurant recommendations tò walking and hiking trails. He also showed us the best places tò stop along the coast. The B&B is beautifully decorated with a sea/beach theme and you can see and feel It was designed with love. Breakfast was lovely. The room was comfortable and clean. Parking on the premisses and walking distance tò the sea and the villas. That we didn't stay longer.

Very nice and comfortable with a very warm welcome from Mario the owner of the B&B. We were able to use private parking at the B&B. He gave us a lot of information about restaurants and locations to visit around Leuca and the adriatic cost and the cost of Gallipoli. B&B is only a short walk to the centre of Leuca and the sea. Nothing.

Highly recommended! Good breakfast, no problem with parking - some places in his garden. The owner is very friendly and hospitable, and I would also say a real local guide. He welcomed us and explained everything to us. He also made Leuca di Santa Maria even more beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very nice, and the garden was truly beautiful. Mario, our host, was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything about the area, giving us great tips for things to do and places to see. He made sure we had a great experience and even had a lovely chat with us during our stay. The breakfast was delicious, and it was clear that Mario puts a lot of care into ensuring his guests feel welcome. The location was convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the city center. Great host, great hospitality, great place! Everything was clean with very nice decorations. The breakfast was also amazing, we loved everything at villa Ines, we definitely recommend it! The pillows were a bit hard, for the rest everything was great!

A lovely home about 5-7 minutes walk from the sea, 1/2 hours walk from the Sanctuary. Tastefully decorated, external, private bathroom, all amenities provided, patio front and back available to guests, fantastic breakfast. The gift of the visit, for me, was my host, Mario, who is a mine of local information and obviously loves the town and area, he is helpful, patient, kind and a joy. Nothing

Excellent location with private parking. Lovely comfy room with a private bathroom. Just a short walk to the harbour and into town. A boat trip to the caves is not to be missed.

Great location, close to everything! A lot of space in the house Very comfortable and clean The owner is amazing: provided early check-in, answered all my questions, served amazing breakfast with Martinucci freshly baked croissants Except the room, there are other places to be at the house: kitchen, terrace, so you fill food there Everything is good. One minor thing is that it is ground floor and you do not have the view of something impressive. Otherwise, all good.

Mario is a wonderful host. He lives there and makes sure you have a great stay. He gave us advice on what to see, where to it, and son on. Everything we needed he helped us kindly. The house is beautiful, nicely decorated and with everything you need. Very clean. Breakfast is delicious! That we couldn't stay more.

Rooms were a nice size, but the winter garden and other shared spaces were plenty. Very friendly host. Few minutes walk from the beach and all restaurants. Definitely recommeneded. Nothing, all was tip top
