Villa Pedaci B&B

Lovely villa high on a hill with great views. Our room was large and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the garden. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. There was not much contact with the owner but perhaps it is because we arrived in late afternoon and stayed only one night.

Traditional Italian Villa. Easy access, exceptional on-site parking. Big rooms and fantastic view from the huge roof-top traditional balcony. Great attention to breakfast.

We liked it all, however, some may find the walk into town a bit challenging as part of the 1 km walk includes a very long descent on stone steps. However, the view of the harbour and town as you are descending is beautiful.

Delightful and welcoming host and hostess, fine Villa as close to the heel of Italy as it is possible to be, good walks for the dog, close to decent restaurants, and the breakfast (which I had read about in advance) was really exceptional and served in an absolutely splendid room. Definitely coming again! I loved it!

Everything was perfect. The breakfast is the best that we had in Italy. Excellent location. The owners were really helpful and nice.

What a wonderful property and host family! All the rave reviews about breakfast are correct. The room was comfortable, the bathroom newly renovated, and the breakfast room is lovely. I only wish it had been nicer weather so I could have eaten outdoors. I didn’t mind, but beware that there are a lot of steps to get down the stairs to town if you don’t have a car.

This place sets up a very high benchmark what hospitality can be: I felt like a long-awaited family friend visiting, truly cared for. Also, the place is fantastically located with beautiful surroundings, the room was spacious, comfortable and esthetically very pleasing, same as the whole place overall. The breakfast was definitely the best I ever had in Italy (and Italy is my frequent destination). I was very fortunate that Villa this year for the winter season - it is actually a great season for hiking and cycling. For me it was just in the end of Via Francigena del Sud - like a cherry on the cake. I didn't like that my stay has come to end ;) More seriously, everything was just fantastic

almost 2 weeks in lower Italy. This was the only true bed and breakfast we stayed at but it was equal or better than any other hotels or resorts we visited. The pros. The breakfast was great the location was good and convenient especially vs cost of other places. Room was plenty large enough for our family of 3. Plenty of space for parking. The terrace views were awesome. My only small con was wife did not like walking down the stone steps. She is also under 5-0 ( under 150cm) which did not help her on the steps. So some times we walked down to town some times we took the rental and parked on the bottom. Steps down to town did not bother my son or I.

The hosts are so lovely and helpful. You feel at home. The breakfast is incredible. So many local treats, it is a real experience. We ate what we could and enjoyed the rest as a picnic at lunch. Amazing access to the area. So many beautiful spots to explore. Our bed was not the most comfortable. The room is tight for a family of 4.

Good location on the hill above Leuca with a big private parking and easy access to the city center and the port (by car or on foot). The house has a big terrace where the breakfast can be served, weather permitting. And what a breakfast! Really excellent, with a big variety of local products, fruit, salty and sweet products, everything you could wish. Very kind owners. Thank you for your hospitality! -
