The location was ideal, it is near to many stores and food locations. 2 miles away from the center of Santa Rosa. The staff is very understanding an accommodating.

Just what we were looking for, clean, quiet and comfortable. The room was perfectly clean, nothing out of place, everything worked fine and the King size bed was very comfortable. Though we were only one block off a busy street it was surprisingly quiet.

The owner is super friendly and attentive. The motel rooms are definitely older, but they do a great job keeping them clean. The pool was definitely in need of a clean.

Room is comfortable and clean with good TV. Good climate control (AC vs Heater). Hotel is close to great shopping and eating options. Traffic noise unavoidable due to location

The beds were not super high which was nice to be able to get in and out of. The rooms have microwave, mini fridge and a regular coffee pot with coffee. It would have been nice to have more than 2 pillows per bed as we had 3 people in one room. But overall I would definitely stay here again.

The customer service It did not match the photos. Especially the pool. Rooms are very old, have a smell that is not pleasant and quality is not that great for the price we paid.

The location was good, the room was clean , service was very good. The pool was dirty and the toilet was very low in height for a tall person like me.

It was very clean. Located across of Costco & Trader Joe's, the location was very convenient.

The room is dated but nice with a comfortable bed, good tv, and with clean room and bathroom A little noisy but not a problem. Bathroom could use a shelf.

The front desk staff/owner was very nice and polite. It is across the street from a Trader Joe's, Costco and other shopping establishments so that was convenient. It desperately needs an upgrade...location makes it very difficult to exit the parking. Bath towels were sheer and do not dry adequately - very poor quality. No special cable channels to watch movies. The outside building facade needs repair and maintenance. I could not open my windows because there was no screen so flies or anyone can easily enter...so I had to lock the windows.

Very nice 1 night stay..very quiet and would stay here again
