I liked the price for the amount of days we were there and how close it was to my destination. There was no ventilation fan in the bathrooms. The rooms smelled like cigarettes. The laundry room was overpriced. The key card deactivated multiple times so we had to go down to get it reactivated and no one wants to do that after a long day of work.The AC didnt work like it should and it felt muggy, even after a shower. But if you are looking for a place to sleep and shower and dont mind a cigarette smell then this is an ok place.

Clean room

Room was spotless and had everything we needed. Could hear the fwy but was not a problem. The concierge at the desk was very helpful and professional. Great stay!

All the bed mattresses were broken

To many strange people wandering about. They put us in room 118 next to the lobby? Office. On other side of wall was the breakfast again ?. All three mornings they started banging the wall at very early to set up the coffee. I use just cream , not available. At end of walkway was 4 garbage cans filled over capacity with garbage. Very disappointed. The hotel in San Rafael was much better.

Tough to walk anywhere to eat.

Just a horrible place to stay dirty and it’s a homeless hotel. Price reflects how horrible it is!

Good

Breakfast was coffee, small roll and packet of oatmeal. Room was average.

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable in the floors had not been locked.. Breakfast was only a couple of different kinds of muffins and coffee.

Innkeeper, you should be ashamed of yourself. Your mattress and towels should have been replaced 10 years ago..

nothing dirty, staff was rude, room key didn't work, I went back to reset 3 times. Lady next door asks me to buy drug for her.
