Cozy, clean and comfortable!

Breakfast was good quality! There was smell in the bathroom (even if we change from one room to another). The electric extractor in the bathroom would only turn on from time to time. Electric heating didn’t seem to work in my room nor my parents in law

Great location and services right nearby. Had a view of the ocean from my room! Went during August high season, so it felt expensive.

The location is great. We got a parking spot in front of the hotel for €10/day. It is not even funny how small the rooms are. The room is the size of the bed, plus 2 feet of space around. There is no space to open your suitcase. No bedside tables. There is a small desk, but it is only suitable for storing your small items. Our room has a wall in a very dark green color, including the ceiling, making it even smaller. There is a closet cabinet in the room with the small shelves, where you can fit folded underwear or socks on one side. Someone who decorated and designed this way should be prosecuted. The bathroom is also small. No space to place your cosmetics. No hooks for the towels. The small hand towel had to hang over the magnified mirror. So be ready to keep your items on the floor unless you travel with only a toothbrush. But the bathroom has a bidet. Seriously? Stuff very friendly, and the room was clean.

Awesome location, convenient to the train and bus station and a short walk to the water. The staff were kind and helpful and the breakfast was fantastic!

Perfect location for ferry port & rail station. Very helpful staff when we had early departure for train service.

Few steps away from the bus station. Spacious room, helpful staff and 24-hour reception desk are definite plus points.

Right by the bus station ideal from onward travel Nothing the Hotel could do but there was a group of drinkers from early in the day until late at night sitting by the bus station just outside our hotel room. The shouting and drunken behaviour until around 11pm then through the night the sound of buses coming and going. Sleep quality was very poor.

Great location, very friendly staff, the recent upgrade is good apart from some of the fittings which cane off the wall. The wifi cost extra but our booking stated free wifi. This was disappointing.

Excellent location, friendly, nice.

Fantastic location. Currently undergoing a big upgrade so there were little problems such as missing bulbs, toilets not flushing, painting not finished, but the staff dealt positively with these. It will be lovely when finished. Breakfast was nice & good value. No bar, which is usually a good place for groups to meet before going out, but not a big deal. Would stay there again for proximity to ferry, bus station, cathedral,l area, restaurants, mercado & shopping. 18euro in taxi from Santander airport. 16.50 to get luxury bus back to Bilbao. A bar area is always welcome!

Location was great! Very basic for the price. Had to upgrade to get a coffee machine. This should be included in all rooms regardless.
