the airconditioning was not turned on, so it was hot at night. The owner (I'm assuming?) could also have been a little nicer.

Very central easy to go around and since it's beside the train station and across the bus station day trips to other cities nearby is easier too. Beds were nice as well. Check in and check out process was unclear and reception feels non-existent. No flexibility whatsoever by the hostel to check in slightly early (like 30 mins not even more than hour), despite not having much guests at that time. No one was there during check out.

Literally seconds away from the bus and rail stations, but still quiet and close enough for a stroll to the centre of town. The place is spotlessly clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Great bar/restaurant at the front. If you’re in Santander on a budget, you should certainly try Hostel & Co. Nothing. Exceeded my expectations tbh.

Comfortable location and staff Nothing my stay was pleasant

Comfortable bed, perfect location - right at the train/bus station, walking distance to city center and the boat to Somo. The kitchen could be equipped a little better - I was missing some simple mugs for making my own tea. I was glad the electric kettle was there though. However, one of the staff members was kind enought to bring me a mug from adjacent restaurant.

Just in front of the bus terminal and train station. Comfortable beds and lots of storage. You have to wait a lot for the warm water to start coming out when having a shower

Very dirty and rude reception

The sleeping pods are great. Comfortable beds, clean, light and power socket. Best of all is the privacy curtains. Unless you think a microwave is great for cooking, and you want to cook, this is not the place for you. Microwave, kettle, and fridge is all you get. Better places if you want to cook healthy food for yourself.

The facility is located in the town centre and is not to bad . I just didn’t like the customer service of the woman was working in , she was look up and down on me like the boss of narcos and she’s rude as well , And top of that i wanted to stay there for days , I left cus of the customer again.

Very friendly staff, nice vibe going on, couldn't be more helpful. Room was spotless. Room was a little small.

Lockers and sleeping private curtains. Someone's snoring all night.
