Great staff! Michelle and Marta from the reception were really helpful. Good location if you want to explore attractions close to Santander (and they are so many). Free spacious parking. Good breakfast. Quiet area. Food outside breakfast is pretty limited.

Clean looking down stairs. Plenty of parking Hairs in bedroom and bathroom. No kettle in room. Beds too hard. Shower didn’t drain quickly enough - stood in water - clearly a design fault

Surrounding gardens and outdoor spaces. Bedroom and Bathroom comfortable and clean. On arrival took three different sets of card keys before we could get into the room.
