Great owner, really helpful and flexible, clean, comfortable room with tea and coffee making facilities. The heater was broken and we couldn't turn the central heating off, so it was too warm in the room.

Friendly welcoming, very clean and cosy, good located and very value for money! Didn't find the level first. Room is a little loud (thin walls and pubs).

My father stayed and reported it was immaculately clean with a comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Liked the extra touch of a kettle in the room. Reception on third floor a little tricky with the bicycle.

Warm welcome, spotlessly clean room, good wifi. Bathroom was modern with hot, powerful shower. The hotel has definitely been refurbished recently mixing old and new. Centrally located, plenty of supermarket options/restautants nearby. Also covered parking (paid 18 euros/day) nearby. Good value for money. I would stay again if I was in Santander. Recommended. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper, I heard everything being said by the lady next door. Cleaner is very cheerful but a bit loud in the morning.

Great location. Very welcoming and accommodating staff! Parking in a parking garage located a 5 minute walk. Very loud outside, no air conditioning for the summertime.

Is quite central, we could check in earlier and the host explained the area and where to find everything The hostal is in an apartment complex, hard to find and the area is not really nice especially in the evening and night. No air condition. The entrance was with surveillance cameras and he talked to me through it which was certainly strange. Walls are very thin and you can hear every word from.the neighbors generally it is loud also from the building complex.

Albero was very available and helpful when a difficulty arose (workmen drilling and hammering at 10:30pm at night). Albero gave good advice on things to see and places to eat in Santander. I went to one of them. I had my own plans for my stay.

The room was clean and serviceable. The check in was great and staff were helpful with local recommendations for my friend who is a fellow Galician. There were tea, coffee and breakfast options in the drawer which were much appreciated. The hotel was a little bit hard to find. The room was fairly basic and it was amusing to have four friends sleeping in a row of double beds, but we got what we paid for so can't complain.
