The atmosphere, especially in the restaurant was really lovely. I also loved that the staff were more than happy to help with luggage or bikes being left before or after check in/out Bit noisy at night....both from outside and other rooms perhaps

The hotel was clean and bright. Located down a small alley it was very close to a number of very good and inexpensive restaurants. It is very near the centre of Santander and the cathedral. I would have liked a breakfast option as the hotel had a cafe nearby.

The location is great, near the city center and bus and train station. The room and the bathroom are clean, the air conditioning works well. The staff is friendly and helpful.

It's right in the center and has everything needed arround. The bus station is also 10min away. They gave us an iron and they cleaned the room even if we were there for 2 days. Don't eat at their restaurant as the food is not good even if you have 10% discount. Also there is no fridge in the room

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy to walk to all of the locations we wanted to visit. Nice and clean room. Google maps might take you on a more difficult route than necessary. There is easy access through a walkway under a building a short distance down from the hotel.

I enjoyed my two night stay here. The room was spotless and had some thoughtful touches, including good black-out curtains and an extra sliding door between the bedroom and the entrance/bathroom area. The location is great. I also had a really great meal at nearby Senegalese restaurant Ma Kumba. Nothing (except the high-season hotel prices!)

Bright and airy room - spotlessly clean. Easy check in and friendly staff. Close to the bus and train stations and a short walk from the main city. A little expensive for a single guest. Much better value for families and groups.

While not fancy or modern, it’s a cozy, comfortable hotel steps away from bus & train station. Rooms ending in x00 x01 and x02 have terraces overlooking Main Street, while remaining quiet. Small thing but no towel rack in bathroom was inconvenient. Would’ve appreciated small fridge & kettle.

Basic hotel, good value for money. Clean, quiet, heavy curtains to block the light at night, small complimentary bottles of water, polite staff, rather close to city center, 15 minutes walk. Excellent for 1-2 night stays to just visit the city.
