Room shape and the bed, The airco was not working and even gave bed smell. So windows open and a lot of noice!

I saw 4 members of staff over two nights and every one was always willing to do what they could to help. The room was a decent size. I chose this hotel because it advertised air conditioning but even so on maximum settings I needed to take cold showers, and while a helpful member of staff attempted to locate a fan unfortunately they could not find one. A bath was advertised but with no plug it could not be used as a bath. The same for the bathroom sink as it could not retain water to shave properly as no plug existed. A coffee bar was advertised but I only ever saw it in the dark never being opened by the staff. A charging point by the bed was advertised but such a thing did not exist in the room I was in, there were only two points behind the TV, one being used by the TV. The TV is no more than 14 inches diagonally which is too small for these ancient eyes!

It was clean. It was near the barrio de los pescadores.. The television worked. It hasn't had money spent on it since about 1980. Apparently there is air conditioning but it definitely doesn't work. We had to sleep with the window open because of the heat, despite the really busy road. The breakfast had no eggs. It definitely was not good value for the money.

Shower was hot with good pressure. Good location easy walk into town and harbour No Air con in room. Room situated above busy road. Had to have the windows open. No air con, noisy tennents situated either side of our room when rest of the hotel appeared empty. Breakfast was ok but had insects one morning

Clean place. Good location. Walking distance from the city centre. More like a hostel than hotel. The rooms are old, need to be refurbished. The staff does not speak English at all. When I asked: “Do you speak English?”, the answer was very rude “NO.” Thankfully I am adequate in Spanish.

location was good also the stuff very old no fridge, no kettle to boil water at least for tea, you can't sit with the toilet door open, the whole room smells like sewage
