Great staff, breakfast, and location. The room is simple, but enough for a great night of sleep. The hotel is very close to main public transport, easy to get to the airport and train station, but in truth the staff is what makes it even better. We could leave our luggage in the reception after check out for a few hours for free.

The location was handy, room was clean and comfortable and felt safe and secure. Had a good night's sleep too. There was no view, the room just looked into the interior of other rooms or apartments. And no breakfast included in the price of 109e for one room.

If you know what a one star hotel should be, than it it exactly that. It is an ok option for getting a good night of sleep. Overall, Santander is overpriced for such a distasteful city, and at least this hotel was not as overpriced as other options. Even a one star hotel should have a small kitchenette just to provide a water boiler. Since their reception is in the hotel over the street if you need some hot water or a glass , you need to go there-they have a small cafe.

Perfect location after arriving by ferry, and then continuing my journey by train the next morning. The hotel is managed by a different hotel across the road.

Very convenient location near the train and bus stations and a short walk to the water. There's a supermarket right on the corner, too. Very nice people at reception. Easy check in. Very clean room. Good toiletries in the bathroom. Quiet. A nice bar for a morning coffee and a restaurant that has a menu del dia every day. There was no desk or table in my room, which made it difficult to use my laptop and have a light meal in my room. The walls seem to be made of plastic (?), though that could be some sort of soundproofing. A rather dreary "view". But other than these minor things, it was a nice place.
