Restaurant in hotel offers breakfast and dinner, good menu. And small bites available throughout the day My room had a slanted ceiling that meant I couldn't always stand up straight

The place was very clean The reception staff was amazing specially Rida The steam room is being out of use for long time as I’m an regular costumer

The staff came in my room at 9:30a when checkout was not until 12 noon. Woke me up out my sleep.

Very welcoming Very clean

Beds were extremely comfortable, the bath was deep and the water very hot. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Bathroom needs some updating. Would be very helpful if there was the ability to make drinks in the room, i.e., kettle, crockery and small fridge.

Great location for the Ferry Port and Airport. Free on site parking is a bonus.

Very pet friendly No dinner available in the evenings at the weekend.

Welcoming and accommodating especially important because we were travelling with pets. Convenient location for us to stop and rest at during our long travel itinerary. We needed to find somewhere to stop at in that area.

It's effectively a gym with rooms (which was good for me, as was a mini reset for body and the mind!) Would definitely stay again Gosh, the keys all have metal tags and the floor is marble / soapstone and the doors all have gaps around them- so its incredibly loud at night as people noisily walk the corridors at 2am. A note to pop some white noise on your phone during the night - it is not a quiet hotel!

This is a great option for a luxury stop for a weary pilgrim on the Camino de Santiago. It's just off the Camino, and has a spa to help restore sore muscles. Staff is very friendly and will go the extra mile to help with any requests within their power to fulfil. The price is affordable, I doubt that you will find a better property in the Santander area for this price. There aren't many options for eating in the area, and the kitchen doesn't open on weekends. They do have a few options for snacks on the weekend so you won't starve. I think that the pool could probably do with fewer chemicals.

The restaurant was very busy and the staff were doing their best but there was a delay with the drinks but the food was excellent. Third time we've stayed we will definitely come again.

The staff are lovely. The location perfect. Quiet area. Just a few minutes from the bus stop.

Convenient for ferry crossing and we could take our dog When we arrived there was no food available, as they had a large party in. It would have been nice to have been informed beforehand. Breakfast was also taken over by school group. There was only one restaurant within walking distance.
