the location and the visit of the birds at the breakfast. We were the only guests and they gave us a room facing a construction site. Surprised I asked them if something was wrong because “Mirante” means a view point and I expected a room facing the water and not a construction site. they said I have gotten already an upgrade, because they gave me a room for 3 people. but we were only 2. ;-) They said if my room was too loud because the construction they could offer me another one that faces a corridor, but not any room facing the water. again… we were the only guests… I didn’t argue but I have another way of satisfying my customers in a situation like that. I’m a hotelier myself. the internet was not safe at all and either fast, not accepting VPN connections, the router had no WPA standard and not even accept the usage of Surf Shark.
