Good breakfast, friendly staff

I was honestly very surprised with this hotel. Everything was nice and clean & the staff was very nice . Breakfast was very delicious as well. U can make ur own waffles, they had omelettes, breakfast sausages, boiled eggs, bagels, cereal, yogurts, coffee, apple juice, orange juice & fruit.

Exceptional

There were hair balls on the shower mat and on the floor as well as on the floor by the sink. The chairs were terribly stained. Just my personal opinion, I don't care for the toilet paper and tissue paper touched by the room cleaners' hands. Pretty but not sanatory.

It was clean and quiet. Pool closed too early, 8pm.

Very quiet. Very close to shops. I liked everything. The breakfasts area is a little small. Breakfast is good

Loose toilet seat. Toilet was leaking and the room smelled. Room smelled like cigarettes too. The breakfast was good. I had the room cleaned. They only take out the trash. Change the towels. They don’t vacuum. You get what you pay for.

The bed was ok--they're so high I need a ladder. I the room was not stocked with toilet paper--I saw the housekeeper and asked for some--it never arrived. The roll was empty. The breakfast ends at 9am--that's utterly ridiculous and a great way to make sure most customers can't get breakfast. The TV has no guide to help use the 2 remotes and find something to watch. AGAIN THE BARE FLOORS ARE WHY I TOOK OFF STARS more than any other reason.

Bathroom was nasty, breakfast was horrible

Location and price was good. Beds weren’t very comfortable, we had spiders in our room and one bit my wife while asleep. Shower curtain rod was broken and, which lead to water coming out the shower all over the floor.

The room stunk like dirty mop water, stained sheets, found spider in my bed alive.

The room didn’t feel well-maintained, bedding had a weird smell and felt like not washed.

The hotel was outdated and dirty. Sticky floors, stained bedding and multiple places smelled like urine. The staff did the best they could to help, but the whole place needs a major renovation. At least the staff was nice though.

Location in relation to baseball park Double charged and smoke smell in room! Dangerously slippery tub/shower stall. Stained bed comforter.
