staff exceptional and helpful lots of information

A pretty basic hotel. Clean but no frills. No in room coffee and the like. The staff is friendly and everything is clean and maintained, quiet and no road noise.

No breakfast - just coffee.

Know that they converted smoking rooms to nonsmoking but the air conditioners still smell of smoke, they should be changed out. Also, coffee in the morning could be a bit better - real cream rather than powdered? Otherwise, this was a great stay.

The hotel stay was amazing. Stephanie at the front desk was super helpful and accommodating. I missed my flight and couldn’t reach the day I was suppose to. I had non refundable booking but even then she moved my booking a day ahead.

It was in the right location for us! It was clean and comfy! Had to go get a car air freshener to get past the stale smoke smell and the cleaning solvents used to clean and cover up the smoke, in our room!

Management and all other staff went over & beyond, great customer service in a nice quiet community. Cleanliness of premises & rooms were 5 stars.

our room just really smelled like cigarettes and it was incredibly difficult to sleep and breathe and feel clean. We tried to turn the fan on to freshen it up. we told the desk and they said they converted it to non smoking 9 months ago. so basically we just breathed in cigs smells that are 9 months old and can be smelled thru the new paint the desk lady told us they put.

Very accommodating my toddler spilled water on the bed sheet twice in the 3 nights we stayed and the staff was very understanding and helpful to get new sheets and blankets even though it was late at night. Housekeeping was very diligent in cleaning the rooms. Water pressure in the shower was not the best, but it did the job.

The place was very clean & we had a nice stay there!

It was easy to find. Simple layout. Clear signage. Good parking. Smelled old. Expensive for the value.
