Hotel locayion and sraff is geeat !!!! I gor a tour from hıtel and it was very enjoyable. Supermarket is vert close to hotel. You’ll atay just heart of the city .

Our room was not refreshened up despite our putting the sign up to do so.

This is a beautiful hidden gem in Santiago. We came with too much luggage, our fault. There are no elevators so lugging the bags up the stairs even with front of house staff was uncomfortable.

The hotel is so unique. Our room was very comfortable. I would suggest that they include a nice healthy vegan option in their menu.

It was great. Old world charm with modern conveniences. The breakfast was very nice with plenty to eat. The windows did not open, I prefer fresh air

Such a beautiful building and rooms, in the old colonial style. This is really worth the stay to remain in such a magnificent place. The staff were really friendly overall. The breakfast is terrible. This place seems to be a regular coffee place for customers, with plenty of options available, but they're only serving instant coffee to their customers in the morning, with a plate of ham and cheese. We expected much more given the beautiful and classical surroundings. Having such an average breakfast for this price is the reason we booked another place for our 2nd night in Santiago...

Excellent location in town, walking distance from a lot of places in Santiago and not far from restaurants etc No kettle in the room, which I knew beforehand, and a shame they don’t serve tea in a pot. And charge extra for milk!

Wonderful old world Hotel very comfortable and staff are great . Wish I was there for longer .

Location and personel staff are fine, also breakfast is ok. Very old building everything is noisy from your step till bed, it could be better improving the maintenance. Was some small insects into the toilet/bathroom corner floor.

We enjoyed our large room off the courtyard and the location to the centre of town. The breakfast was included and it was generous. The staff were kind and helpful Not so much the hotel but discovered eateries are not so great in this area ( exception Italianísimo and and Ají Seca both on San Marin)

We appreciated there being a triple room on offer, and the price was fair. The courtyard space is cute. The bones of the building are nice (period features). The location is decent. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The decor is a bit dated. The service in the bar was not very fast and the wifi did not reach well in the common areas.

Location is good. All rest is bad, namely for a 4 (?) star hotel: rooms are very noisy, too much light during the night ( no real blackouts), no soap in the lavatory, very old mattress, room cleaning only every second day, minimalist and very slow breakfast (even milk is a paid extra; no buffet). Conclusion: we paid a cancellation fee and moved to another hotel after 3 nights!

Charming old building, less than 10 mins walk from heart of the city, staff exceeding helpful and a decent breakfast. The hotel has a restaurant located next to my room with music playing till 10pm when I wanted to sleep.
