Friendly staff, but... Listing them: - Blankets were quite dirty - One of our two rooms had a window on the roof that could not be closed - General conditions of the room were not matching the price paid

Close to plenty of shops, a few restaurants, and within an easy walk to a number of sites; a couple of the staff members were very friendly and helpful and I didn't have to argue with them to get a reimbursement on the iva tax; the wifi was okay in my room The room I stayed in had a steep set of stairs leading to the room so that could be an issue for some people especially if you have heavy bags; tiny shower in a bathroom that was connected to the bathroom of another room by a wooden door so you could hear everything; I had to argue with one of the staff to get a refund for the 19% IVA tax which as a foreigner I'm exempt from if I pay using foreign cash or a credit card and show my passport and tourist card (eventually someone higher up stepped in and reimbursed me); the room was definitely a little worn
