Principalmente la ubicación, ya que tienes todo cercano alrededor, el hotel en si es un poco antiguo pero esta relativamente bien mantenido, falta señalizar habitaciones ya que al bajar del elevador aparecen las habitaciones que hay en el nivel, pero no aparecia mi habitacion a pesar de que finalmente si estaba en ese piso, la cena del restaurant estaba meh y caro para lo que era, pedi un lomo saltado y mi pareja un lomo a lo pobre. Le faltaba sabor, condimentos y sal, ademas que venia medio seco el lomo, por otro lado el corte de carne para el lomo a lo pobre estaba lleno de nervios y grasa al final se perdia casi la mitad de la carne

The location was perfect for me, making it very convenient. The breakfast was great, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff at the front desk were incredibly nice and friendly, always ready to help with a smile. The bathroom was really dirty. When I walked in, the toilet seat was stained and looked awful. The floor was a mess, with hair and dust everywhere. I ended up having to buy cleaning supplies to make it usable. Even the table in the room was sticky. In the middle of the night, I woke up to the sound of water pouring from the air conditioner—it wasn’t just a drip, it was a lot of water. Thankfully, I hadn’t left my luggage nearby, or it would’ve been soaked. After that, I had to turn the air conditioner off and try to sleep without it, which was especially annoying on a hot summer night. I guess you get what you pay for.

We stop there for the second time and it's a great place for travellers by car. There is good underground parking, so recommend for everyone who wants to stay in the city center and travel by car or bike. Location is great, there are two super markets, Starbucks, bank. Also there is big improvement in breakfasts (last year breakfast wasn't as good). So good place for its value. Everything was good. Conditioner is a bit old, but it's the building.

restaurant on site. The sheets were not washed. There were obvious butt prints on the sheets. Asked the front desk for new sheets , I was willing to change them myself. Laundry staff were gone so no new sheets for me. They apologized and gave me a different room. Sheets in new room were not wasted either, but I was too tired to move again. So just stayed there.

Location was excellent. Close to end of airport bus line. Close to food and shopping in historic district. Staff was helpful and professional. Breakfast was very good. Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent value. Internet was spotty. Everything else was great.

Enjoyed our stay here, underground parking is good, lots of super markets in the same building. A bit far from the very center of the city, but the location is pretty good. If you take a car from Econorent like us, there is a picking point near the hotel under the palace. Everything was good.

The room wasn't well clean. The lights wasn't good in the room.
