The Hotel is immersed in a condominium that has two pedestrian accesses: General Bernardo O'Higgins Riquelme Avenue (Alameda) and Amunátegui Street. Both accesses have free passage between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. After these hours, the same accesses are controlled by condominium personnel, so pedestrian access must be through Amunategui street, as well as vehicular access (Nueva Amunátegui passage) The rooms at RQ Santiago are bright, feature large windows and beautiful views of the city. RQ Santiago is 14 mi from Comodoro Arturo Merino Benítez Airport. Parking must be booked at least 24 hours prior to check-in. Guests who have requested parking must pay a refundable fee of USD $15.00 upon check in. Luggage custody is available between check-in and check-out times. **Please note The swimming pool is disabled indefinitely**

Location No way to find the hotel after 7 pm, main door closes and have to find entrance in back street, hard to find the hotel door, since there are no names anywhere but just above the door. Would it kill you guys to put a sign in front? At least to know we are at the proper place? I ended up moving to the hotel a few doors down.

The location was perfect for me! Downtown Santiago is not the nicest right now but it worked for me because I was going to be in Santiago for a short time and I wanted to be close to the main historical sites. The hotel is at a walking distance from all the main landmarks! It is safely located inside a business complex. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was abundant and yummy! Highly recommend staying here!

The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had at hotels. The female staff who works only on Sunday was super helpful with her excellent English language skills and customer service. Thank you! A swimming pool for families would be nice especially during the hot summer time. The shower/bathtub was quite small that I had a hard time taking a shower. I'm only 5.3 but the tub was pretty small.

Good location, clean and safe courtyard area. An interesting view of Santiago from the 22nd floor We could have used a kitchen towel and dish soap.

Clean room with a kitchen. Shower is good. Wifi is strong. 2 supermarkets at the basement. Close to metro and bus stops. Lots of restaurants around here. Taxi driver have problem looking for this place at night. Hotel is in a gated pedestrian vicinity with a few tall buildings and Entel Tower.

The view from the 20th floor and the location, short walk to subway. Small shower and a bit of a walk from restaurants.

Very good location at the enter of the town..this building area has plenty choice with supermarkets, cafes and restaurant.. Near Metro and bus station.. The room was clean with amazing view and good breakfast...

The overall quality is very low. The room had a very strong smell, the bath tub were tiny, the noise from the outside refrigeration process is too loud.
