The location is great, easy to navigate and close to main attractions in the city. Felt reasonably safe to walk at most hours, although the street where the hotel is located can be a little dark at night.

Overall good for 3 day stay. Staff very good, breakfast good, hot water was there. Location was also good. No complaints.

Good and friendly staffs, excellent location, just 6-10 minutes walk to Los Héroes(Metro station and the airport bus stop) and from here you can walk to visit many famous places of Santiago(for example; Plaza de Armas, Palace de La Modena, Catedral Metropolitana), reasonable price.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location was convenient, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. The hotel was also a good value for the price. The hotel is located near the Los Heroes metro station, which is a major transportation hub. This makes it easy to get around the city. The Centropuerto bus, which goes to the airport, also stops at Los Heroes station. I stayed in a standard room. It comfortable. The room had a TV, a desk, and a private bathroom. The breakfast was good. There was a variety of options to choose from, including bacon, toast, fruit, milk and yogurt. . I would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay in Santiago.

the location was good. Communication was difficult because the staff member really spoke English. to be fair for a one or two night stay it was great. I stayed four nights and I am 86 years old, the rooms are small. There’s no hold bars and I would not recommend it for seniors that have any stability issues it was clean and a great value

The location was ok and safe. There was no elevator available. My room was on the third floor and I had to bring 3 things by myself. The person who made my check in was not that friendly. The other staff were nice. The breakfast was really poor. For the price and room amenities, I expected much better! My shower took some time to get hot water.
