Great hotel for the price, really good breakfast!! Clean, well appointed room. The shower was awesome. Location (neighborhood) may possibly be a little sketchy. My cab driver dropped me off around 10:30 PM, let me know in no uncertain terms to stay off the street at night. The guy working the door looked like a MMA bone breaker so the cabbie may have been onto something? There were a ton of families with young kids at breakfast so maybe the concerns were unfounded.

Pablo and Diego were fantastic! Pablo helped us book some great tours to Maipo Valley, Concha y Torro Winery, Vina del Mar and Valparaiso. Diego had great recommendations for which museums to check out as well as where to find good panaderias nearby other places we planned on going. Their english was great but also recommend practicing spanish with the staff. Cesar and Bryan as well as the other bartenders in the hotel were very friendly and had great recommendations. I look forward to visiting again and staying here. Everything was great. Very reasonably priced!

Staff was very welcoming and helpful with arranging transportation and helping us navigate the area. Slightly dated rooms.
-
location being very central. the staff were very helpful. rooms were a bit small.

Feels like home Security around the hotel, is getting bad

The location and the restaurant Calicanto service. Mrs Clara was exceptional. Also the service at the front desk by Maximo, Cristal, Brian and Carlos was excellent. There was a bad smell in the bathrooms, maybe because it is an old building, but I think that you should try any solution to fix that.

Rooms were smaller than shown on pictures. 2 single beds room were better than one bed room. But rooms were clean

Great experience. Right in the middle of the historic district.

Very good

Central location. Good bar. Basic facilities, dated. Very dangerous windows close to floor and open out completely. Sixth floor. Don’t take toddlers.

The breakfast was ample and the happy hour is amazing, especially the fundador and matilda sours The location is central but it feels rough. Throughout the night all you hear is people shouting abuse, rubbish trucks moving things, cars honking. The area has seen better days and the hotel has also. If you are someone you likes quiet when sleeping this is not the place for you. Even though the beds were comfy and the rooms ample, it felt dirty and unkempt plus the staff were so unhelpful with everything we asked them it became frustrating. This is not the standard of a hotel that projects itself as 4 stars
