Location is pretty good, in the old center. Close walk to Plaza de Armas. I especially appreciated that they do luggage storage, so I could leave my bags there after check out, to pick up later for a night flight.

The staff was lovely and the breakfast was very good!

location - 15 min walk to old town. 5 min walk to metro. good value including breakfast. we only stayed for one night and had 8am flight the next day, but amazingly the accommodation still provided breakfast even at 4:30am! the staff mainly speaks spanish but no problem with google translate. They have good heater and hot water which was perfect for this cold winter. the small double room is quite small for 2 person.

The location is perfect, central and close to the metro station. The facilities are clean, beautiful, inside a very well-maintained historic building. The staff is also very competent, kind and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. The only thing I would point out as an improvement would be the Wi-Fi signal. In the room I was in, the Wi-Fi signal was weak or intermittent.

Hotel manager should take a course in client relations. Even though the hotel was almost empty and our room was available, she wanted $40 USD to access the room before 3 pm, and we arrived at 10 am. We booked two nights originally and added a third night a couple days after initial booking. She insisted that we vacate our room at 10 am after second night, wait until 3 pm to enter the second room. She insisted the $58 fee on our receipt was in USD, not Canadian dollars, thus expecting us to pay 30% more for each night. We cancelled after the second night and tried to contact booking.com to cancel the third night - the e-mail to booking.com was returned unopened. Only after the expiry date for cancellation did an email go through to booking.com, which meant my credit card was charged. This is not acceptable performance on the part of Hotel Viola Londres or booking.com As above. Hotel manager should take a course in client relations. The location is perfect The staff have a big kudos for their behavior And it is clean, although the rooms are a bit small The breakfast was a big disappointment 1 egg per person accompanied with 1 small (believe me very small) bread; I asked them for more, they rejected. For milk, you have to ask them to bring it for you, either they bring it cold or warm; not both in case you want to have a warm one for your coffee and cold for your cereals. I booked this place because it was with breakfast, I could select any other place without breakfast for the same place but with a bigger room at least.

The location was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very cramped and did not look like the pictures. Noise from neighbours. Insufficient crockery and cutlery at breakfast. Price was more than we had been quoted.
