Location is as good as it gets - a bit too good probably as the main street in front of the windows can be noisy. The hotel doesn't look like much from the outside, but the inside is clean and modern and also spacious, so much better than expected. Offers a standard Chilean breakfast. the aforementioned noise is a bit strong, but that's the price of the location. The thick iron fences are also a bit mood-ruining, but that's Chile for you.

Great Location, right at downtown and close to good restaurants. They did not have Air Conditioners in any of the rooms and the ventilation was extremely poor. Check-in took ages to complete and they had faulty card machines.

Location is in the VERY high crime area. Several people are robbed daily just outside the hotel. The floors need to be moped with clean soapy water.

Location of the hotel is great! Walking distance to everything. Breakfast included was super! Bed was comfortable and clean.

Good location near metro, restaurants, shops and museums. comfortable room. Good value. One window could not be fully closed, which meant a lot of noise from the street.

Great variety at breakfast Unable to charge acc in US$ despite invoice in US$. Premises set up to service locals and no English speaking staff so charged for a bottle of wine instead of 2 x glasses at dinner. Very noisy at night

Price and amability of the personnel from breakfast room (very likely owner family). Outdated hotel in a run-down building. Disgusting lobby, reception and common areas. We arrived at the reception after a 25 hours trip from Europe and they cannot accommodate an earlier check-in. Still, at due time (sharp 3 pm) they start filling a lot of papers, that drove me crazy after 30 hours left from home, although that formalities could have been done in the idle time.

The breakfast was exceptional! Otherwise it is a great price, the rooms are very decent

No air conditioning in the room, then it is necessary to leave open the window and then you go a lot of noise all night

I spent two hours for check in. Issues with card payment for POS machine. Requested payment in USD cash that after changed notes was not ok as not completely new (they could advise before). After 15 h flight unacceptabe spend 2h for chech in

Very good location. We did not get any food for breakfast as we had to check out early. The photos did not represent the conditions of the hotel. The hotel front was not appealing and non existent with metal gate and security camera. The hotel looked old not keeping up with maintenance
