Location is excellent Staff downstairs was fantastic and very helpful. Staff at the restaurant did not make me feel welcome. The first time I took client of mine for lunch at the hotel restaurant and the host welcomed us (group of 4) as you would expect a restaurant host to greed customers, cheerful. I went back another day by myself for a late lunch and the same host greeted me with a "How can I help you?" in a "What are you doing here" tone. As if I was a stranger they had never seen before and would rather not enter their restaurant. I stayed for lunch, but the whole second experience was awkward.

Excellent location, very nice breakfast with many options, big room. Overall I am very satisfied Internet could be faster

Great staff, loved the interior, amazing breakfast.

The location, the size of the room, the fact that it was a corner room with windows in two directions and an excellent view; the interior of the hotel, and its decoration, the beautiful dinning room and bar. There was nothing I didn't like.

Location is super good to explore historical center. However historical center is deserted after 7pm, so you'd need to Uber somewhere else. Breakfast was a bonus, but very basic, I like fruits, coffee was not good. Lobby was nice. Rooms need urgent updating, you can see there was lot of little fixes and patching, but it's ready for complete renovation. Tub was not draining well after shower.

Beautiful property and restaurant, but the neighborhood is deserted by 9 pm. Boarded up shut. Only the homeless are out. Bustling streets two hours before, then someone throws a switch. Not the hotel's fault of course, but takes away from some of the charm in staying in a lovely hotel. I liked it, but see above

Good location, quiet and comfortable accommodation No safe in the room would be the main issue. The road is closed Monday to Friday to non public transport so tours and Ubers had to pick up at a near location as they couldn’t park at the hotel to pick up and drop off.

Located close to the city centre so you can walk to all the city landmarks. Hotel and its furniture is dated but the staff were very responsive to any requests. Value for money. Nothing in particular.

The air conditioning in my first room wasn't working properly. It was 27°C at night. It worked in the second room. The entire hotel is in dire need of renovation.

Breakfast and location were great. The room was very comfortable and had a safety deposit. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. They had a luggage store, which was great since our flight didn’t leave until 11pm. The bath towels we had were very worn out (one had a hole the other one a stain); I requested new ones and were delivered very quickly. However, the room was never cleaned any of the days we stayed there. On the first morning, I didn’t put the “clean the room” sign at the door, my fault. The second morning, I did, but the room was never cleaned.

The friendly staff, Location and very very clean Breakfast was the same for a week with same Limited choices. Also the gym has very Old and unreliable equipment.

Rooms were big and clean Property seems like it got stuck in time.

Location was good VERY RISKY TO BOOK HERE! I booked a month ahead of time for 3 nights, but when I arrive, I was told that my room does not have air conditioning, and was offered to cook in that room for a night, and then changed rooms the next day, with a 4-hour gap between check out and check in. So I left and had to find a different hotel at 1AM. It's extremely unprofessional to give the worst room in the hotel to a guest that has a 3-day booking and made it in advance. The oven room should be offered to someone booking last-minute, and if no one wants to cook, then it should go unrented.
