Intimo Hotel Miraflores

The bathroom was small and the room wasn’t clean enough. You could hear all the street noises.

the location, staff helpful. used to be a nice lil hotel, with excellent location, staff. owners changed, no longer has breakfast or cafeteria on main floor, looks run down, the front sign tells all, dirty hall carpets, funky smell of cleaning supplies trying to cover some other smell. old beat up bed, mattress. used to stay yearly for many years, wont do again

Only good WiFi And may be location if you are interested in historic center of Santiago the hotel is unbearably dirty, creepy, old, the bed is very uncomfortable, the walls are all in disgusting stains. The staff is not particularly unfriendly

Normally I'm annoyed about ringing to get in and out the front door, but the staff were always at the front desk and opened it within seconds, so not a problem when I was there.

Hotel staff would not let my family into the room. He did not have a key and they did not call the room. I was sleeping.

Affordable General state of the building, old and dirty

Nice hotel in the centre of Santiago, clean rooms and a competitive price. We had the possibility of leaving our luggage there after the checkout

Good location, nice staff Small bathroom with an odd smell, bed and pillows were hard but can’t complain for the price I guess you get what you pay for

I was outside most of the time and went back just to sleep. The location was good, less than a block from a metro station. There were many places to get food nearby. Old infrastructure, floor planks twisted and ceiling stained with humidity, window locks didn't work. The blankets were too short. There was a radiator but didn't work. Bathroom was too small, had to crawl to a corner to be able to close the door, didn't have any amenities, no hair dryer, just a single towel.

The staff does not speak English, worst all, the room is not same as in illustrated on the website. The bathroom is so tiny, only for fit 5 year child use. Unclean, dirty linen. Hostile staff at the reception. No air-conditioning, it s scam here in the hotel

Location, friendly helpful staff, offered to move our room when there was a power outage which was out of their control The tiny bathroom, the bed on wheels kept on moving away from wall, noisey road, terrible lighting
