Property was clean and comfortable. Quiet with good ventilation, clean bathroom. The pool was closed which was disappointing because it was still warm outside.
-
Location was amazing , the pool was important and clean Well it’s a bit tired

Was very good breakfast ?

It’s in the center of everything None

Location was excellent, walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Could take night pictures from the room window When seated in restaurant by overlook, you can see the accumulation of dust above the main door. Makes you wonder what else isn’t cleaned regularly

Wifi did not work in phone or laptop. There was no electrical outlet near the bed, I had to use the extension cord I always bring for emergencies like this to connect to the opposite wall. For a good business class hotel both problem free wifi and connections are necessary. The quality if the fitness center equipment was poor. The elliptical machine battery did not work, but the machine worked anyway. The weight machine did not have a pin so was useless.
-
good location, friendly staff, clean rooms, I paid for two full days, however leaving the hotel late on second day (9pm), the room was not cleaned during our stay which was annoying as I paid full price for two nights
-
Central location, close to everything. Good place to stay for a short visit. Bathroom was outdated, towels were very thin.
-
The small pool was perfect after along flight and a short walk in the city . We appreciate that, because of a very early flight, they prepare for us a breakfast package Not so many thing to choose at diner

Great location. Friendly staff. Modest hotel.

The staff were friendly and let us store our bags when we arrived early which made life easier. The room was clean and the bed was genuinely comfortable. Location is excellent and we felt safe the whole time. A few basic amenities were missing like toothpaste. Not a dealbreaker but it would’ve been handy after a long flight.

Excellent location if you want to be near the city center, especially if you want to go in and out of your room throughout the day. Loved being so close to Cerro Santa Lucia, walked up to the top twice. Nice view from the room. Very good breakfast. Staff was polite and helpful. The grout in the bathroom needs cleaning. Just take some bleach and a brush to scrub it, please. There was no access to soap in the shower. I don't know if we were expected to use the shampoo for body wash. It was also difficult to adjust the water temperature, which was too hot. The surrounding area is sketchy, particularly the streets leading to the Plaza de Armas.

Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Excellent location for sightseeing. There are lots of restaurant in Lastarria, all in walking distance.
-
Location is good but it's right in the front of a busy bus stop and near Metro Breakfast buffet had limited choices. Staff need to smile more. Pullman or Holiday Inn are good alternate choices.
-
The apartamento is too old and needs a renew. Location

After a shaky start the reception staff understood me and helped me which I was grateful for, I was in a hotel without proper heating and it was FREEZING in Santiago, I simply needed some warmth before I flew out that night.
-
The hotel has a lot of amenities to offer and it is in an ideal location in the city. Nothing. The whole place treated me great!

The staff is so professional and friendly. The rooms are exceptionally clean. Everyone was so attentive and it was a great experience. I highly recommend this hotel. The doorman makes sure only guest are allowed in and I felt comfortable, safe and relaxed at the hotel. The street vendors and bus stop near the hotel has a lot of people and interesting people and it feels crowded near the entrance but the locals were friendly. There’s nothing the hotel can do about the street and sidewalks so you shouldn’t penalize the hotel for this.
