location is perfect close to all main destination , restaurant walking. very nice and helpful front desk

Staff is kind, helpful and accommodating .

I was only there one night between flights but check in was very quick and they were kind enough to keep my luggage for a couple of hours in the morning. Great bathroom and very clean place.

the hotel room was really nice with a large spacious bed. Additionally there was enough facilities to hang clothes and put them in draws and hot shower water. Unfortunately the fan in our room did not work and i'd say the bathroom was rather small. nonetheless it still had all the facilities needed (hooks, towels, sinks, showers, bin etc)

Location and the excellent customer service. They were always helpful Reception is not open late at night.

The bed was comfortable and it was clean. The staff were accommodating and allowed me to borrow an electric kettle at one point. Kind of rustic like being in the countryside. The location is a tiny bit sketchy. I would avoid walking along that street at night. Anyway that is the reputation and the feeling. Also not great that the front door is locked from 11PM to 8AM. They were happy to let me leave once at 7AM, but I was unsure if it was possible to escape the hotel in an emergency at night (if necessary I could have escaped through the window). Also, no breakfast.

The owner was extremely friendly and helpful and our room was comfortable and spacious with a great shower. Unfortunately the property did not offer breakfast and it was on the more expensive end for a hostel compared to other hostels we have stayed in throughout South America.

There was no breakfast. It was hard to find, but fortunately, I had a photocopy of its map and its phone number. Also, it was fairly close to the metro.

This hotel is exceptional value. It's right next to Santa Lucia hill, close to the metro station.

amazing location, Tony at reception is great! helped me book a VERY early taxi and even came to my door when the taxi was 10 min early. The sheets on the bed were inside out. A giant, half used bottle of shampoo was in the shower when I arrived, along with the squirt bottle of hand soap for the bathroom- made me wonder if they shower had been cleaned or not.

Great location near the historic sights and only a couple minutes' walk from the subway. The room was simple but nicely finished with new flooring and a mid-century vibe. The TV was a modern flatscreen. The individual at reception was always available and eager to help.

-It has a great location across the street from the Santa Lucía park. -Friendly, helpful staff -The pillows smelled moldy -The listing said that they have breakfast but they don’t -The listing says they have an airport shuttle but they don’t. They just recommend airport shuttles, but anyone can do that. -The shampoo and conditioner containers in the shower were empty and one of the towel brackets was broken. -One of the outlets in our room was broken. -The hotel is on a very busy street and it’s quite noisy.
