LOFT Hotel by Sommelier Hoteles

I asked for a late check out and I received a message saying it would have a cost but didn’t mention how much. At the checkout they charged me 10.000 pesos by hour what I believe is totally unfair according to what a I paid for the whole staying.

The location is great, and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast is delivered in the room and was good. My view wasn't that great, but that was not a big issue to me

We only stayed one night and we were amazed by how confortable this is. The breakfast was delicious and abundant. Late at night doesn’t look safe to walk around.

Location was excellent, within walking distance of everything. Staff very friendly and helpful. A lovely continental breakfast delivered to your room at the time you want.

Customer service, clean, location

I liked it. Staff are nice people , very kind and helpful , especially Carolina, Valentina, Benjamin and all.

On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable. However, in the morning I was woken up by noise coming from the street.

Cheap enough, and the people were nice. Good sizedd room and comfortable bed. Sidewalks really roll up at 9pm. Everything is shuttered except the strip clubs down each street. Busy all day but ghost town after 9. Dorm like room. Signs list the prices for a broken glass or missing towel. $100 deposit taken like they expect you to steal. I wouldn't stay again.

The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was very good. It was delivered to our room at our designated time. The room was big and has the ammenities we need. The location is perfect . We just walked to church, plaza, and restaurants. There was no soap in the shower. Only shampoo. The shower gel was near the sink. It's good I brought mine.

It was just a great hotel and I enjoyed my stay.

EXCELLENT LOCATION. Budget hotel, Breakfast delivered to the room. Industrial layout not to everyones taste No common area or any other fancy ameneties. Decor is very funky and wouldnt be to everyones taste

The property is a bit eclectic with graffiti art painted on the walls. The bed was a bit soft and I kept falling into the middle. Breakfast is served to your room: ham, cheese, bread rolls, coffee, apples and biscuits. The location was within walking distance to downtown area for restaurants and shopping near by. No lobby to hangout. The property is basically just your room. Not a warm and cozy feeling.

The breakfast can be improved as it was a cold breakfast. Having an option to toast the bread would be nice.

The room is stylish and extremely comfortable. Location is central and it’s spacious. Some of the staff, not all, are rather rude (not the younger folks, they are helpful and courteous). Also, I was shocked to he asked to pay to check in an hour and half earlier when I was told by reception the room was ready. Pure greed. Most hotels, availability permitting, will allow you in if the room is ready. Guests dont get money back when they check out early, do they? So why try to ding guests at every opportunity. Besides being unhelpful, the lady only spoke Spanish, which is surprising when working in tourism. Overall: decent price, very comfy bed, but hotel is not very customer centric.

Located perfectly in the center, this is a great place to stay with comfortable rooms and amazing helpful staff. The breakfast is delivered to your room and delicious.
