No hay recepción para poder ingresar y salir hay que estar llamando, si no anotaste el número antes de ingresar tienes que estar a viva voz llamando para que alguien venga a abrir la puerta.

Location is good. The door was closed when I got there. There was a phone number but as a tourist arriving to the country from the airport I didn't have a phone to make calls in Chile. After 10 minutes ringing, I went to find internet somewhere and contact them via booking.com. The bank card didn't work on their terminal and they demanded I payed immediately, I had to go out again. No wifi. To arrive to the hotel late, again I would need a working phone to call them to open the door! I asked to cancel and have a refund, they gave me that but I've lost money relative to the taxes.

Location was so great , close to tourist attractions and city center. My room was so clean and I had a comfy bed. Not enough outlet in my room and there was no wifi in hotel either
