Ladera Hotel

The location was strategic and very secure, beautiful living room and roof top, breakfast was fantastic The cleaning might be best.

Did not use any Better services.

Location, breakfast and rooftop I think towels needs to be renovated, looked and felt old. Curtains were dusty. The bathroom could provide complementary toiletries. I did not see towels at the pool.

Very good location There is always room for more improvement regarding the furniture

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay but unremarkable. Window in our room had a crack in the glass. Loved that the windows opened but the curtains constantly caught on the windows. Bathroom area was a bit exposed and didn't really have anywhere to put clothing etc while showering.

The breakfast was very good. The room was large and comfortable and very modern. The staff was wonderful. I lost my cell phone, and the staff went above and beyond in aiding me to contact the provider to get the service suspended and get a new phone ordered. I spend a few hours in the lobby with them giving me aid and assistance. They were wonderful. It's a well located hotel, being able to walk to numerous restaurants for dinner. Honestly nothing. It was a wonderful stay.

Staff were friendly. It was on a fairly quiet street very close to the main mall and there was a park with sculptures nearby. There was an excellent view from the roof top where the pool was. We really liked the location. Close to some amazing restaurants, pharmacies, laundry services, etc Free breakfast was very limited compared to other hotels I have stayed at. Restaurant also had limited menu. Bar closes at 10:00. Depends on what you are looking for but I saw other guests seeming kind of disappointed at breakfast. Had a little coffee machine in the room that used pods. Only free first day. Stayed 10 days and only 2 free pods???? Bathroom not very private. Only privacy glass doors on shower and toilet separate you from the room. Only one tiny hand soap and tiny shampoos each day. Staff provided more on request but again, a little cheap.

Nice staff. Comfortable and spacious rooms The spa wasnt very clean. The hot tub wasnt hot. Overall the spa centre was mediocre at best.

Overall the breakfast was good, but could vary in egg and protein offerings.

Quiet neighborhood location, nice rooftop pool and patio, can open the room windows for fresh air, lovely inner courtyard where I had coffee and breakfast in the mornings. Room was spacious with plentiful outlets and convenient accent lighting. It was advertised that we could borrow bicycles from the hotel, there were just 2 and not in the best shape (brakes seemed worn out on both) so we passed. Not a dealbreaker at all.

We were a big group of 20 who stayed for one night en route to Patagonia. We were given a packed breakfast at 6am which was great. On returning to Santiago we stayed there again for 3 nights. This time our room balcony door did not open properly - we reported it and the concierge came to have a look. It was not fixed during out stay. This is our only negative comment. The location is great, close by Sky Costanera and other restaurants, everything on a walking distance. There is a metro station closeby and the restaurant food is delicious. We spent there new year´s eve and the hotel prepared a wondeful party. air conditioning really needs to be working perfectibly bc it is very hot during summer time.

We loved the room. Clean and spacious. After a steak dinner, the roof top pool was a delight beneath a full moon. A great stay for our first night in Chile. Nothing.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Service was great. Location of hotel is ideal and in a VERY SAFE neighborhood. Easy walk to the Metro and other attractions Enclosed car park garage was great and was free ! Space was too small. No room to store clothes, counter spaces very very limited

Certainly, the location. Overpriced for what it offered it terms of room size and features and very, very poor breakfast. One day before arriving I texted them through booking message system, but never heard back.

itle: Deeply Disappointing Experience – Not "Boutique" in Any Sense We are senior travellers who arrived in Santiago after a long 32-hour journey from India, only to face one of the most frustrating hotel experiences we’ve had in over 40 years of travelling. 1. Freezing Rooms with No Heating: Our first room (202) had no heating despite outside temperatures being 6°C. After complaining, we were shifted to room 408. Shockingly, that room’s heating didn’t work either. At 7 PM, with the temperature down to 3°C, the hotel gave us a small room heater that was completely ineffective. We had no choice but to endure the cold. 2. Electrical Issues: The power kept tripping in the room. The staff's solution? We were told to go to the room’s power panel and flip the switch ourselves. Highly unprofessional and unsafe, especially for older guests. 3. Terrible Wi-Fi: The so-called "high-speed internet" barely worked. Even loading a simple page was a struggle. 4. Payment Confusion: Despite having fully prepaid through our travel agent, we were told at checkout that the payment hadn’t gone through and were made to pay again. Why was this not brought to our attention at check-in? 5. Lack of Accountability: Our complaints were brushed aside with vague promises to "escalate the matter to management." No resolution, no apology. This was a terrible start to our first-ever trip to Chile. Ladera Boutique Hotel is not a true boutique experience—just cold rooms, poor service, and zero accountability. Avoid if you value your comfort, clarity, and peace of mind.
