Threw a supposed to be a fridge in room. Property needs some maintenance- Air conditioner in bedroom did not work. TV remotes did not work

Staff at reception were friendly and very helpful. Hotel and room were clean, very secure with a very nice pool area. The wifi was good in hotel lobby and in the room. The bed and pillows were not great.

The room was the best room in the house. I have been a customer for decades ago, since the Aloha times and always got the small room next to the elevator. The staff was great, maybe with the exception of the bellboy who watched as we struggled with our bags up and down the ramps.

Good breakfast. Clean. Nice staff. Provadencia seemed like a safe neighbourhood. Evening meal food rather dull.

The staff was extremely cordial and welcoming; the facilities were great; restaurant food was outstanding! Amazing time! Can’t wait to return to Santiago !

Very welcoming hotel with lovely staff and excellent breakfast. Location was great too, in the safe district of Providencia with lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. Metro station was 7 mins walk away giving easy and cheap access to the centre of the city.

Breakfast was good. It was a great location. The facilities were pretty good. The staff were good for the most part. The walls in the rooms are paper thin. You can hear everything around you; people in other rooms talking, snoring, etc. The rooms were very basic for a supposedly 4 star hotel; i.e. nothing in the mini-bar, no tea/coffee facilities, etc. When asking for help about ongoing travel arrangements (i.e. to get from Santiago to San Antinio), incorrect information was given, meaning we took a train to a bus terminal that was totally wrong; i.e. there were no busess from Santiago to San Antinio at the bus terminal we were told to go to. This meant we had to pay for an expensive Uber to finish the trip.

Great part of town and close to our favorite restaurant Lomits. Pool was terrific along with the Pisco Sours after a hot day out sightseeing.

Good location on a quiet street in Providencia, close to restaurants and bars and walking downtown. Nice breakfast too. The rooms are quite basic.
