Location was great. Felt very safe. Lots of restaurants within a few blocks. Staff at Reception desk spoke excellent English. The beds were soft and extremely low to the floor. Only one desk chair in the room. The food in the restaurant wasn’t great. We had breakfast included and the hot items were cold. We ate supper one evening and service was slow.

Good location, nice triple room It’s NOT a 4 star hotel . Breakfast was awful. They have a gate to keep people out.

The kindness of everyone I interacted with made me feel as if I were at a friend's house. When I say everyone, I mean from the security at the entrance, bellhop (Sebastián), front desk (Francisco), housekeeping, and dining room staff. Nothing to say here, everything and everyone was nice

Facility was spacious, beds were wide, and comfortable. Front desk was helpful. Wi-Fi was limited in the rooms. Had to come downstairs to be able to do computer work. Location was perfect and close to action. Breakfast was simple, basic with limited breakfast items, and monotonous with no changes from day to day.

The location is perfect, and the breakfast is hearty and abundant—it meets every expectation. The rooms and common areas are flawless. Plus, the front desk staff are so friendly; they truly make you feel right at home. One major area for improvement is the parking situation. No spots are assigned when you arrive, the parking attendants leave much to be desired, and the way that area is managed is quite confusing. It was definitely the weakest part of the experience.

The staff were nice The hotel did not match the online pictures. The pictures are from floors 2 & 3 and they will put you in a room on the unrenovated floor 4. The floor was dirty in the hall, the carpet was gross. The beds are old.

I stayed at this hotel during New Year holidays in Chile. After returning home, I realized I had left my wristwatch behind. Because I had trouble transferring Chilean pesos, I had almost given up on getting it back. However, Ms.Leslie and Ms. Bernardita were incredibly kind and supportive, and thanks to their help, my watch was safely returned to me. Not only was the service excellent during my stay, but the support I received even after check-out was truly caring and thoughtful. I can definitely recommend this hotel!

Great location, easy to get to cafés and restaurants easy to get to shopping location and parks The only problem was the room key. Keep having to reactivate room key bit of a headache, but no big deal.
