Staff was pleasant. Room was clean (though painful plain and hadn’t been updated in a long time). We took one look at our room (about the quality of a non-updated Holiday Inn, and our room looked out on a construction site) and we decided to leave. The staff was very nice about it and the location was convenient. But we thought dealing with that room would be a blow to our time in Santiago. It did not look like the photos.

Hotel in an excellent location, the staff is welcoming and helpful with any questions, the breakfast is varied and good and the rooms are spacious, clean and quiet, score 10 None

It was big and spacious. It was dirty in some places.

The hotel is well located, a bit outdated, but reasonably comfortable. Except for a single lady at thevreception, the staff is not cooperative and supportive at all. Language issue is critical!

Close to eating places and tours. Nice size of room. No soap dish in shower. No electrical outlet next to bed for phone and devices. Small elevator. Front staff were not very helpful and was indifferent. Morning lady did not seem to speak English at all.

Great breakfast and value. Comfortable beds. Had to climb stairs with heavy bags to get to the elevator. Staff was indifferent and not helpful. Poor English for a Eurotel.
