I found the staff extremely helpful. The rooms were clean, and comfortable. There was also a gym and a laundry. The hotel was located in a very safe area and as I was travelling alone, this was important to me.

Breakfast was ok. Coffee machine was every day malfunctioning. Somehow the scrambled eggs were cold everyday and the waiting time to get new recently made was too long Breakfast self service

The Fran Desk At The Time Of checking With Not helful, Iri Bone, Sunday Edition For The following Friday, The were completely ignores by him. I bought some snacks and water when itried to pay he send me to the restaurant to do so..The people at the restaurante told me that they closed 1 your ago and that the clero should know all of that. Also acording to him breakfast was not included!!!on friday when we retiurned to Santiago it was included acording to a diferentes and courteous clero.i already país 3 breakfast on monday but i dos not have to pay on saturday !!!!a lot of small incoviences!!!!

A very nice, modern hotel in a peaceful neighborhood of Santiago. The staff is efficient and friendly, and the rooms are spotlessly clean. The breakfast was also excellent!
