Great place to stay in a quiet street in the loud and active part of Santiago. Great breakfast and very good service. Perfect for couples! Could be cleaner in the corners of the room. The pool was ice cold.

Location 1) I requested a double bed and they set up a 2 single bed bc they "assumed" that me and my partner were friends? 2) toilet had no ventilation at all and no soap in shower. 3) is not a good breakfast, it's food there but not super great as it was in other comments. 4) was no wifi the whole time that we were there

The team were very friendly. Checkin and check out easy. Quiet neighbourhood. Pillows are very high and not comfortable. Breakfast on weekends start at 8:00am, the tours usually start earlier than that and they can’t offer anything quick for take away if you need, therefore it isn’t good if you are leaving early for a tour. Breakfast option is ok, could be better, nil fresh fruit available. Same options every day.
