Good location, with coffee shops close by, easy access by car, also walking distance to main roads.

Staff were amazing and very helpful, everything was good, we were very happy. The view wasn't excellent, but we were on a lower floor, but everything else was great.

Hotel itself was excellent: clean, comfortable, quiet, modern, with excellent amenities, very courteous and attentive staff, and an on-site restaurant with an excellent breakfast. The location is fantastic in an safe, quiet area with easy access to everything you need to do in Santiago by foot or car. Great value for the money. Honestly, no negatives!

Location, the lobby and staff Broken moldings and floor, dirty walls, dirty floor, hallways were extremely dark. NO windows that can open and the AC unit was facing the bed directly. Hard not to get sick

Everything was perfect! We had 3 separate rooms and all of us were extremely happy with the area, location, rooms, service and staff, restaurant and cafe. Thank you for making our stay so satisfying.
