I was able to drob my bags before the check-in and after check-in as well, which was handy. Location is quite, clean and overall great. Nothing fancy but good for a couple of nights stay.

Breakfast was really small, most of the things are on request (small eggs portion, croissant, milk etc). Window are not soundproofed, the are dogs barking at night. Rooms are very basic, there was only shampoo in the bathroom (no soap / shower gel).

Excellent location.close to restaurants, subway, downtown. Friendly staff.. We stayed there two times within a months time…the upstairs room we had was fine. The first floor room was tiny and had no place for our luggage and there were no hangers.

Location is great. Good restaurants and shopping. Easy to get around. Room are a bit small, but other than that, everything was great, including the staff!

The staff are so nice and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable. Ideal location to explore. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We did not find the area noisy at night being so close to businesses. The breakfast is very basic. They have a small selection of cereals, yoghurt, cold meats, cheese, bread. They do make scrambled eggs for you if you request them. We would have liked some fruit options as the fruit is so amazing in Chile.

We felt so comfortable in this beautiful B&B. It began with being greeted by Rufus, the house Basset Hound. The street has quite a few restaurants and a great little place right next. Lovely staff and good breakfast. Both the backyard terrace and the front patio are beautiful and so relaxing after a busy day. Next time we will reserve a larger room. Our small one was certainly adequate and very basic but for the two of us we will probably upgrade.

The staff are so friendly! We especially loved the dog, Rufus ? We only stayed two nights but it was perfect. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower was hot- just took a few minutes to heat up. We arrived in the middle of the night, after 1 am, and were able to check in easily. It’s in a great location, walking distance to great restaurants and the cable car. Nothing!

Nice place to stay.

A cozy spot in Santiago within walking distance of the funicular & gondola. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and it was helpful to have a small fridge in the room. The smell of the cleaning products used in the rooms and the main areas was overwhelmingly strong and unpleasant. We were there Dec. 23-25 and the area right around the hotel was challenging to find much open to eat versus staying in an area that is more touristed (e.g. closer to the base of the funicular) with more options open. It worked out ok but if you like to be in the centre of the action, this hotel is a bit off the beaten path.

It was perfect for my husband, teenage daughter and myself - comfortable and clean in a great part of town. No suggestions, it was perfect for us.

The location was very good. The room was very clean and tons of light. The size of the room was great for the price. More importantly the hosts were amazing. Such a nice people. I was so impressed by hospitality. There is little cute outdoor space which is very pleasant.

Breakfast quite good, meat&cheese slices, tomatoes, corn flakes, juice ; but didn’t start early enough for when we had tours. But coffee and cereal always available early ?☕️ but had to request milk. Good safe location near lots of good restaurants and shops in Providencia. Employees very helpful and friendly with ability to speak English varying by person. Would stay again. WiFi in our room quite slow, had to go stand in hall. But we greatly appreciated having a first floor room!
