The selection of fruits and other foods. Breads and cakes were good too. It didn't have milk without lactose. For me, the selection of food was more than enough (with one exception, see my previous sentence).

Wifi was really bad

In the night its seems that the hot water dont work I have to take a cold shower, so if you have a flight past to midnight you dont have a warm shower.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. During my stay, the hot water didn’t work, and my Booking reservation wasn’t registered at the hotel. They informed me that they couldn’t do anything and that I had to contact Booking directly to resolve the issue. Throughout my stay, there was no hot water, and when I complained, they told me that hot water is not common in Chile. Additionally, one of the receptionists treated me poorly, the air conditioning didn’t work, and the internet was also not functional. For these reasons, I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to others. What I didn’t like about the hotel: first of all, there was no hot water. When I mentioned this to the receptionist, she treated me very poorly and told me that in Chile, only lukewarm water comes out of the tap, not hot. Additionally, the internet didn’t work, and the air conditioning didn’t either. The room was very cold, and when I tried to turn on the heating, I was told it worked through the air conditioning, but it never turned on. For these reasons, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, not to my friends or family, and I wouldn’t stay here again.

quiet room. Wifi was terrible.

Location A bit noisy from the construction

It was a very nice neighborhood overall. The hotel and the rooms were very clean and tidy. Breakfast was decent. 24 hour reception was another nice touch. Pricey based on the lack of amenities in the facility. OVerall, performance per price is debatable, but a very good hotel for that neighborhood (which is expensive and high-end)

Accesible, comfortable. Water is only warm. I payed in cash and they never gave me my change.

The location of the hotel is quite central and near the metro stations. Parking was included and is ok. First of all the attention at the reception, was not friendly as usual. The room is small, the bed wasn´t comfortable, it moves around and there was no way to take a good rest. You can hear all from the other rooms and from the stairways.Quality of the room was under my expectations.
