Close to basically everything, staff worked really well and it was very dedicated A little old building, tv didn’t stream but everything else was spot on.

The staff were all amazing and super welcoming to me as a single solo traveler. They were so kind and thoughtful with packing a snack as sometimes the day trips departed before breakfast, which was also tasty. The hotel is on a nice side street so it is quiet, safe, and close to public transportation. I would absolutely stay here again in the future, as the staff's dedication sets them in the "above and beyond" category with hospitality. Gracias!!

Very friendly staff. Location is very central in the Providencia neighborhood. Very safe. Hotel building is somewhat historic, almost romantic, very cozy. The breakfast was good, however, we could use a bit more fruits.

The staff!! They are so helpful, kind and wonderful people. Took care of me like a close family member. They gave me plates and utensils every time I I brought take out dinner, gave me a snack pack when I had early morning tours, and waited at the door until my guide came to pick me up (at 5 am) just to make sure I am safe and if I needed anything. All these They offered without asking. They clean the room every day. Location is unbeatable. All the tour companies pick you up from this hotel. Restaurants and shopping are so close by. It's very safe to walk around. Rooms are adequate. Don't expect anything fancy. But comfortable, you will have all the basics you need. As I female solo traveler, I found this hotel very safe, comfortable, and reasonable priced.

The staff at Chilotel was so very hospitable and kind. Helpful, provided exceptional service....including allowing us to leave a suitcase for a period of time when checked out, with a plan to return later in the week and to do a load of laundry for us (extra fee.) Breakfast was very satisfactory. The same offering each of the days we stayed - fine none the less. The facility is not fancy. The rooms are all different....some felt more comfy than others. Our family was not IN the hotel for much of the time, so these lodgings were very satisfactory.

Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Location is super good and near many restaurants. Wifi is very bad in the 3rd floor and unfortunately I found a flea in my bed.

The staff was nice and supportive, they helped me with everything I needed. The WIFI connection was unstable, definitely not good enough to have a video call or use any streaming service.
