Nicolas Brevis at the front desk was great. Friendly and helpful even though very busy. The room,bathroom, and bed were great. Lots of room. Good breakfast. The only downside is the location. Outside of the central area and it was sketchy. Nothing around the hotel. Uber everywhere.

Very clean and modern. Our room seemed newly renovated. A long line to check in was efficiently handled by the one front desk clerk. Breakfast was good. The location was sketchy! Close to the bus terminals but no real restaurants close by.

Only one warning: the street towards the city centre is probably not safe for walking in dark time.

We only stayed one night for what we needed this hotel was great. It had clean room and clean , comfortable bed. We needed to be close by to bus terminal and it was 5 min walk. Area definitely not for tourists.

Staff were excellent. Room was large. Breakfast was good. Facilities were clean. Location is in the really busy old part of santiago. Lots of street vendors.. really busy and crowded.

We had a rough patch, as soon as we got to the hotel everything was fine, however we got charged 80$ when the original price was 62$ even though I payed with USD Card We got stuck in the elevator, for about 2 hours and had to be rescued from staff members, They were really nice after the event, the security manager i think he was, was really nice and accommodating and thanks to him we stayed

The location was convenient, the room was comfortable, and the general staff were friendly during my stay. I asked staff to help me get a taxi, and the person they called offered a price that was over five times higher than what I later found outside. I was told that it was the only taxi available and that there were no other options nearby. But when I stepped outside, there was a taxi stand just a few feet from the hotel with several taxis charging around $9, compared to the $65 the hotel contact quoted. It felt misleading and left me uncomfortable with the experience.
