Hallway decor, young lady at desk and guy were nice I was scammed through SI Hotel via booking.com. They asked me to verify my credit card or they will cancel my booking. When I verified, i received a charge from SIFT Mobile for over $500, more than the hotel. Booking.com has SIFT mobile listed as an affiliate on their website and I have no doubt that they are in this together. All of my emails have been ignored and they would keep referring me to complete another step to dispute, after finishing the first steps. I have the letter from the bank stating they can't dispute it as Booking.com asked for, but still no answer. F' Booking.com . THEY ARE CROOKS

Room had a bad odour from the drain. Breakfast wasn't great. Seemed expensive comparing to other hotels for what one got.

I liked this hotel. Interesting design. Friendly staff, quick check in, hot water with good pressure, WiFi okay, comfortable bed, secure, convenient location, basic breakfast but good, quiet at night. All good for me!

Staff very attentive. Room barely adequate. Carpets filthy. Floor drain in bathroom had almost intolerable smell. We had to leave fan on so we could stay in the room.

very convenient location close to the metro station of Union LatinoAmericana, spacious common area to relax outside your own room. Friendly staff. Easy to get to from airport by getting off at LatinoAmericana from Airport bus and then less than 5 minutes walk crossing the main road. air conditioning need to be upgraded.

Location very convenient, just outside Union Latinoamericana tube station, near to Estación central, 4 stops to plaza de almas. The tap in my wash hand basin is very slow. They charged us 1000 peso per luggage for storing it until 4pm.

Bad location no ac stairs old

The room was to the rear so it was pretty quiet. When communicating, the staff often react as if you were asking for an explanation of a complicated mathematical formula (that's the best way to describe it). The service is really not good. For example, you are not allowed to wait in the hotel lobby before the check in (which is actually what the lobby is there for). Conclusion: Really not recommended!

Comfortable bed. Reliable and fast internet. Aircon. Staff need to buzz you into the hotel so felt quite safe. Staff were good, can only speak Spanish. The bathroom had a very funky smell. We would leave the hotel and it was very noticeable when we came back. No towels were provided on arrival, however, we received these the next day. No bathroom toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, soap etc) and no bench space. Very small shower.
