Great location. The bus stop to the airport is really close. Great value for money for those who are on budget travel and those seeking a place to sleep for 1-2 days. Simple breakfast is also a plus

People staying there were mostly international the staff was very helpful the french receptionist was very friendly and willing to help snd spoke English Could be a little more updated to modern furniture

The front desk woman was kind . It was so bad. The shared bathroom was not cleaned the entire time we were there, I had to wipe down the seat because it was so dirty. The sink was plugged , the shower barely had water to shower, the windows in the bathroom were broken so there was no glass- freezing when showering. There was no handle on our door- it was broken off so instead of fixing it they put toilet paper in the hole ... The walls of our room were sooo dirty and abandoned . Bed was uncomfortable. I tried another bathroom and it looked like it had never been cleaned as well - tons of hair in the drain and shower walls. Was honestly disrespectful how dirty it was.

When I checked out, I should have gone to catch my flight early in the morning. I said this, the owner provided breakfast early. The breakfast was good, too. The hostel is located close to the airport bus stop of Centro Puerto.

place was nice and staff really friendly and helpful the worst thing was i was bitten by bed bags and mattres old and you can feel metal things inside

Friendly staff, quiet neighbourhood and safe, comfy beds, clean room and fresh bed sheets, large lockers (bring a padlock), good WiFi, decent kitchen, Los Heroes metro 5 minutes away by walking. Creaky floorboards - impossible to move quietly when leaving early. Thank you room mates for not complaining!!!
