Hotel Boutique Casa Conde

It was so quiet inside the hotel, even in the heart of the city. We loved that.

Charming, old-school European flair, huge rooms, and great staff. Very attentive and even remembered specific breakfast requests. I really enjoyed my stay there. The only thing to note is that if you have mobility issues you will need to look elsewhere as there isn't a lift.

Absolutely loved staying in this gem of a hotel! Safe and central location with some lovely restaurants nearby. The building is older and very beautiful so there are wooden floorboards from which you may hear some light steps but I popped earplugs in to sleep and had the most amazing and peaceful rest as the curtains were 100% blackout. I opted to book breakfast and it was a huge and delicious array, prepared fresh at the time of your choosing. However the standout was the service. From pre arrival comms to liaising with the wonderful Mayra during my stay for whom nothing was too hard to arrange and just a pleasure to chat with. Following a lot of trekking she even recommended a massage nearby which was one of the best I’ve ever had! I won’t hesitate to stay here upon return to Santiago.

Classic stylish historic building in a well-located area. Plenty of nearby restaurants, close to all of the attractions we wanted to see for three days on our first visit to Santiago. Incredibly helpful and attentive young staff. I think they all really went the extra distance for us. And the room was wonderful.

The location is good -- off the beaten path and away from most tourists. A great place to walk. Good breakfast.

The hotel was in a wonderful location and the staff was so generous, attentive, efficient and professional. A big thank you to Paula, Manuela, Myra, Alfredo, Patricia and Romeo…. you are all very special people in my heart and my visit to Santiago was made extra special because of you all.

I really loved this hotel. Large comfy and the staff was super kind. We felt very welcomed and will definitely be rebooking soon. Nothing. Loved it

It had character. The location, although not obvious on arrival, was very good. There was no outside space to rest/chill.

I was incredibly late (arriving 1am )but they were still open and Manuela greeted me with a cup of tea, advice and professionalism. Nothing, it was a perfect place and I will be staying there again in a few weeks.

Classic feeling to it. Old style architecture in good shape and you perhaps wouldn't know it from looking at it from the outside. Always staffed and they are friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

The boutique hotel is 5-10mins walk from airport bus stop, very convenient. The room (especially the bed) and the facilities are so comfortable and clean. Breakfast is made to order. The staff members are so friendly. I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. N/A
